Key Responsibilities:• Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications.• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and technical inputs.• Develop and submit technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.• Support the project team in budgeting and cost control.• Maintain cost databases and historical pricing records.Requirements:• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in construction or oil & gas.• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX).• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.• Ability to read technical drawings and project specifications.• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
