Requirements:Proven experience of at least 5-15 years in cost estimation for large-scale oil & gas or industrial projectsExtensive experience in bidding for Aramco projects or similar EPC projects within KSAStrong knowledge of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplinesFamiliarity with Aramco standards, codes, and tendering proceduresAbility to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, budgets, and proposalsExcellent understanding of project scope, specifications, and technical drawingsProficiency in estimation software (e.g., WinEst, MC2, FastCost, or equivalent)Good communication and coordination skills with project teams and clientsBachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fieldResponsibilities:Review and analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and scope of workDevelop comprehensive cost estimates covering all disciplines: civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentationPrepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdownsIdentify and evaluate potential risks and contingencies affecting costsCollaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accuracyEnsure estimates comply with Aramco standards and client requirementsAssist in bid preparation, submission, and negotiationsKeep updated with market rates, supplier quotes, and labor costsProvide input for project planning and resource allocation based on estimates
