Key Responsibilities:– Prepare cost estimates for interior fit-out and carpentry/joinery projects– Analyze drawings, BOQs, and specifications– Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing– Prepare tender submissions and support cost control during execution– Work closely with project managers and design teamsRequirements:– Minimum 3 years of Gulf experience in estimating joinery or carpentry works– Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and woodwork details– Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software– Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
