Al Moallam (CJSC) Company, one of the major contracting companies for Saudi Aramco & SEC looking for a full time, experienced Estimation Manager with Construction background who are locally available. The candidate should have the following:•Bachelor’s degree in engineering field (e.g., Civil, Mechanical; preferred).• More than 15 years of experience in cost estimation within the KSA construction sector,with at least 5 years in a managerial role.• Proven experience in managing Long-Form, GSC, and EPC contracts with Saudi Aramco orsimilar clients.• Demonstrated expertise in prequalification processes for Saudi Aramco affiliates.Proven track record of successful bid preparation for Saudi Aramco or similar large-scaleclients.• In-depth knowledge of Aramco’s procurement processes, GIs, and IKTVA requirements.• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English.• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects under pressure.• Advanced cost estimation and budgeting.• Project management and risk assessment.• Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific tools.• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.• Adaptability to meet aggressive project timelines
