Key Responsibilities:• Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle: planning, configuration, testing, training, and go-live• Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Planning, Procurement, HR, etc.) to align ERP modules with business workflows• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of milestones• Oversee data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)• Develop and execute a change management and training plan• Monitor post-implementation performance and drive continuous improvement• Ensure compliance with data security and document control standardsEducational Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Engineering (required)• Master’s degree or MBA (preferred)Certifications (Preferred)• PMP (Project Management Professional)• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals / SAP / Oracle ERP Certification• ITIL 4 Foundation• ERP Implementation or Business Analysis certificationsExperience Requirements:• 5–10 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably in the construction or engineering sector• Proven track record of leading cross-functional ERP projects• Familiarity with construction-specific workflows: project costing, procurement, subcontractor management, and CVR• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or CMiCKey Competencies & Skills:• Strong understanding of ERP architecture, configuration, and integration• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills• Advanced data migration and validation techniques• Strong communication, leadership, and training delivery capabilities• Ability to manage scope, risk, and change control effectively• Familiarity with construction ERP modules and compliance standards.
