The role holder is responsible for Identifying strategic issue areas within stc, quantify their impact and prioritize them as well as Supporting BUs/FUs/Subsidiaries to identify & analyse risk & support with risk management expertise & guidance , also, Facilitate and Support periodic subsidiaries reporting to all relevant parties across stc, upwards to RMC & Audit Committee, and laterally across different Bus. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Identify strategic issue areas within stc, quantify their impact and prioritize themFacilitate embedding of entire risk value chain in organizations decision making processCoordinate the network of all BU/FU/Subsidiary risk teams &provide necessary supportEmpower the BUs/FUs/Subsidiaries as a business partner by providing senior expertise in all major risks relevant to the particular BU/FU/SubsidiaryInterface regularly with BUs/FUs/Subsidiaries on a monthly basis based on defined agenda to provide inputs & oversightAlign methodology, framework and guidelines to stc subsidiariesOversee support to the BUs in developing detailed & actionable risk mitigation plans for the identified risks & provide support if necessaryInterface periodically with highest risk authority in BUs/FUs/Subsidiaries to drive effective risk managementSupport BUs/FUs/Subsidiaries to identify & analyze risk & support with risk management expertise & guidanceProvide strategic advise to the business on risk assessment for key business decisions like new product development, etc.Unify practices across stc group and acts as a guiding mechanism to initiate, execute and monitor Internal Controls.Facilitate and Support periodic subsidiaries reporting to all relevant parties across stc, upwards to RMC & Audit Committee, and laterally across different BUs
