Job Description

BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO THE ROLELeads and manages the architects on enterprise and digital level across NHC. Provides overall direction, guidance and facilitates the development of an enterprise and digital architecture that support the business strategy of NHC.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Architecture Strategy:Aligns the architectural strategy with the IT-strategy and overall business goals. Participates in technical and business discussions that are related to the future direction of the enterprise architecture. Develops architecture roadmaps.
  • Governance & Processes:Facilitates architecture governance processes. Assesses IT investments and decisions to ensure alignment to IT governance principles. Develops and manages a structure and framework for bimodal IT setup.
  • Enterprise Architecture:Ensures enterprise architecture is defined, aligned to strategy and implemented.
  • Digital Architecture:Ensures digital architecture is defined, aligned to strategy and implemented. Develops digital architecture built for speed and rapid change.
  • Standards, Policies & Procedures:Defines the principles that are used to guide portfolio and technology decisions for NHC. Communicates and distributes digital architecture principles.
  • Architecture Oversight & Improvement:Reviews and approves recommendations for decisions related to defined architectural standards (e.g. proposed solution architectures). Ensures solutions are engineered to deliver the required business capability. Consults and evaluates solution architecture of digital initiatives.
  • Project Implementation:Assesses potential application impact on technology architecture.
  • Research/Evaluation:Provide architecture guidance in relation to new technologies. Leads the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends.
