Job Description

Purpose of JobJobholders at this level are responsible for leading work activities and working autonomously with minor direction towards predetermined long-term objectives.Jobholders might act as internal consultants and facilitators through providing guidance to deliver and perform operational activities.Their main operational role includes guiding the development of ZATCA Enterprise Architecture and providing recommendations and needed guidelines. Lead the evaluation and assessment of ZATCA business processes to develop and update the business processes according to Enterprise Architecture standards. Provide recommendations and consultation for the development of RFPs. Guide the integration of Enterprise Architecture components, solutions, and deliverables. Lead the development and execution of cross-program, cross-project Architecture, and complex development projects strategies, opportunities, and problem resolution. Recommend corrective actions on the adherence and quality consistency to ZATCA Enterprise Architecture standards and guidelines.Job ResposiblitesEnterprise Architecture Design and Development

• Follow and benchmark new Enterprise Architecture technologies, trends, and best practices with Enterprise Architecture and blueprints, identify challenges and gaps, develop and design ZATCA Enterprise Architecture according international standards to meet IT & Digitization objectives and business requirement
• Collect needed inputs, analyze data, integrate Enterprise Architecture solutions, components, and deliverables in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
• Contribute in business process analysis and design, and service delivery, particularly with respect to the use of information, and trends and directions
• Collect data and business requirements, assess the collected inputs, develop RFPs, and participate in determining and selecting ZATCA partners and third parties according to their compliance to ZATCA Enterprise Architecture needs
• Gather requirements, consolidate and analyze data, and perform cross-program, cross-project Architecture, and complex development projects strategies, opportunities, and problem resolution
• Measure quality consistency of enterprise architecture solutions, register and analyze the collected data to ensure the adherence to ZATCA standards and guidelines

Organization and Operations

• Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner
• Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly
• Perform other duties as requested

People Management

• Train junior staff on the different job activities to ensure transfer of know-how, when applicable
• Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates/ junior staff
• Support junior staff or direct reports in order to execute their duties according to set policies and processes

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required
• Masters degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred
