The Engineering Supervisor oversees a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the effective planning, execution, and completion of engineering and maintenance tasks. This role is responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting the Engineering Manager in delivering technical solutions across projects or facilities.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of engineering teams, technicians, or contractorsAssign tasks and monitor daily maintenance or engineering work to ensure timely completionOversee troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment or systemsEnsure all work is performed according to engineering standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirementsSupport project execution by reviewing technical drawings, scope of work, and resource requirementsConduct inspections to ensure quality control and operational efficiencyProvide technical guidance and training to engineering staffMaintain records of maintenance, inspections, equipment performance, and work ordersLiaise with other departments such as production, HSE, and procurementReport on engineering team performance, progress, and equipment status to management
