Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the entire engineering design process for offshore platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirementsCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams including structural, mechanical, electrical, and process engineersDevelop and review design specifications, calculations, and drawingsEnsure design deliverables meet safety, quality, and schedule requirementsLiaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and project stakeholdersManage design change processes and technical reviewsMentor and supervise engineering staff, fostering technical excellenceQualifications:B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Offshore Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 15 years of experience in offshore oil & gas platform designProven experience managing large offshore design projects in Saudi ArabiaStrong knowledge of offshore standards (e.g., API, DNV, ISO)Leadership skills with excellent communication and coordination abilitiesFamiliarity with design software (e.g., PV Elite, AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro)
