Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Assess lube oil test results, analyze data, and recommend corrective actions.Conduct all activities following safety protocols in line with company policies.Develop, review, and optimize Condition Monitoring & Preventive Maintenance programs for rotary equipment.Review and enhance predictive maintenance, QA/QC procedures, and work instructions.Collect, review, and analyze condition monitoring data from offline and online systems; generate reports and recommendations.Perform onsite rotor balancing and witness shop balancing to ensure equipment health.Identify recurring issues, propose solutions, and escalate for senior review.Detect “bad actors” and recommend measures to eliminate or mitigate their impact.Prepare monthly reliability feedback reports, including RCA and bad actor analysis.Lead or participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and failure investigations.Conduct reliability studies to improve equipment performance.Gather and analyze data from multiple sources for problem-solving and trend analysis.Generate periodic asset health reports for maintenance personnel.Ensure compliance with all HSE standards and procedures.Assist in site acceptance testing and commissioning of new rotating equipment.Enhance technical and predictive maintenance skills within the team.Troubleshoot rotary equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies and implement findings.Maintain accurate equipment records, including data and maintenance history.Review overhaul scopes, identify hold points, and prepare checklists.Liaise with vendors/OEMs for technical improvements and consultations.Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians; monitor task progress.Participate in plant turnaround activities as required.Ensure availability and accuracy of machinery data and historical records.Support troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities.Collaborate on budget development and cost management.Provide on-the-spot analysis for data-driven decision-making.Support the development of annual maintenance budgets.Coordinate with the team for equipment under alert and manage data storage.Assist in the development and implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).Monitor equipment performance metrics and prioritize corrective actions.Ensure compliance with international standards and codes during commissioning activities.Maintain work records, repair logs, and attend coordination meetings.Minimum Qualifications: BSc Degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum Experience: 9+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries, focusing on rotary equipment reliabilitySkills & Certifications: Vibration Analyst Certificate CAT Level-II (mandatory)Lube Oil Analysis Certificate MLA Level I (preferred)Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) (mandatory)RCA (Root Cause Analysis) facilitator or leader certification (mandatory)Additional Requirements: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of international standards and codes related to rotary equipmentAbility to lead investigations and work systematicallyExcellent communication and team coordination skillsYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
