Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and supervise maintenance and repair of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).Conduct inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues.Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and specifications.Coordinate with contractors and vendors for service delivery.Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.Minimum 3+ years of experience in facilities or building services management.Proficiency in AutoCAD, CMMS, and other relevant tools.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Knowledge of Saudi building codes and safety standards.
