Job Description

OverviewAs Engagement Manager, you are responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of projects for your customer segment.You are responsible for customer expectations being fulfilled and delivered as per agreed targets. You know how to position us with customers and create a plan towards a long-term commitment. You know how to engage different capabilities within the organization to set up governance and delivery, and ensure performance, leadership and teamwork to deliver on our promises to our stakeholders.Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of digital projects, ensuring they consistently deliver measurable value against our customers evolving business needs
  • Building and cultivating strong relationships with client stakeholders across your accounts
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts by always looking for new ways to advance our customers business
  • Coordinating with capability heads and internal teams to ideate solutions, staff teams and launch new projects
  • Supporting pre-sales activities by assessing new opportunities, responding to RFPs, creating proposals and presentations, and helping to close & sign new deals
  • Building strong relationshipswith both technical and business decision-makers across different customer levels
Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience in digital consulting and product development
  • Strong track-record in managing complex projects in digital innovation
  • Ability to manage customer expectations, present and explain solutions and project deliverables to senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Fluent in English, and proficient in writing and/or leading proposal efforts
  • Experience in managing international teams
  • Experience building sustainable accounts
  • Past experience working in Saudi Arabia and/or the Middle East is a bonus
