Job Description

Main Function:Were looking for a Cost Estimator engineer to join our team and help us provide accurate estimates for our clients projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of the factors that affect the cost of a project. If you have the skills and knowledge were looking for, wed love to have you on our team!Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze all pertinent documents including Scope of works, technical drawings, project specifications and other related bid documents
  • Studying documentation, attend job explanation meeting with clients, and inspecting the pre-construction site to fully understand what work is required.
  • Prepare material take-off list.
  • Obtaining multiple quotes for each of these and then selecting the most suitable offers.
  • Negotiating with service providers to secure better prices.
  • Decide manpower and equipment quantity and duration required.
  • Outlining the work plan to know how much time will be needed to complete each development.
  • Prepares Technical proposal as per client requirements such as Company work experiences, key personnel qualifications, manpower & equipment availability, work schedule, financial capability, administration and safety documents.
  • Operate SAP Ariba for Bid invitations and submissions, download bid documents, response to client requirements, prepare clarifications/questions, updates required certifications.
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their thoughts and concerns about our offers.
