Job Description

Summary In ENOWA Commercial Hub we are ?Energizing our 100% renewable future?. Portfolio Management contributes to achieving this vision by coordinating a smooth energy system build-up and diligently managing risk-return trade-offs. The purpose of the Portfolio Management Manager role within the Portfolio Management team is to be accountable within portfolio management activities for short-term demand planning and risk management.Position description and responsibilities Portfolio Management

  • To be responsible for activities related to portfolio management, including but not limited to:
  • Develop knowledge on short-term and long-term demand and generation forecast.
  • I&C products and pricing strategy definition
  • Identify potential risks in the associate to new products
  • Risk analysis and portfolio short-term strategy
  • Book building activities to keep demand and supply build-out in sync
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination of activities and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in products design and implementation.
  • Structure new products and service for I&C customers in accordance with ENOWA strategies.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in energy or related industry, ideally in a similar position
  • Experience in portfolio management
  • Understanding of wholesale power markets, electricity product design, price modelling and underlying energy economics is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Office toolkit a must
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, data interpretation and problem-solving skills
  • Team-player with strong communication skills
  • Desire to accept the challenge of developing a fully renewable system
  • Experience in structuring and negotiation of products and service for I&C customers.
  • Motivation to work in the Middle East
Qualifications
  • Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or other related degree, preferably with a focus on energy markets
