Job Description

Job Title:Employee Relations, Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee strategic plans for effective employee relations, aligning them with the companys vision and mission.
  • Conduct analyses to identify underlying issues affecting employee morale and devise suitable interventions.
  • Implement company policies and standards relating to employee behavior, performance and attitudes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on industry and legal trends to proactively respond to changes in labor laws.
  • Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Facilitate regular communication with staff to maintain transparency, addressing workplace issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure the adherence to labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks of non-compliance.
  • Engage with management and employees alike to ensure broad understanding and adherence to relevant policies, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Legal as needed.
  • Ensure procedural and policy compliance.
Requirements:Experience:Required Minimum of 12 years in a similar role.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.Language:English -FluentArabic FluentLocation:Riyadh
