Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. Assisting in any after hour emergencies as required. Maintaining records and documentation associated with all work undertaken. Organizing supplies and ordering parts and equipment. Working as needed to assist the wider Engineering team.The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate in Electrical engineering or any related field. You must have a minimum of 2-3 years? experience and be familiar with Microsoft Office, and reporting tools such as HotSoS, Hardcat, with previous exposure to hotels work or who wants to utilize their strong technical skills in a new diverse and challenging environment.
