The Electrical QA/QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all electrical work complies with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. They conduct inspections, tests, and audits on electrical installations and components to verify quality and safety standards are met throughout the construction or manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities:Review and understand project specifications, drawings, and relevant electrical codes.Conduct inspections of electrical installations, wiring, panels, and equipment during various stages of construction or manufacturing.Perform tests and measurements to verify electrical systems meet quality standards.Document and report non-conformances, defects, or deviations from standards.Ensure corrective actions are taken and verify their effectiveness.Collaborate with project engineers, electricians, and contractors to resolve quality issues.Maintain accurate inspection reports, test records, and documentation.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.Participate in quality audits and meetings as required.Keep updated with latest standards, codes, and best practices related to electrical work.Qualifications:Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Relevant certifications such as QA/QC certification, Electrical Safety, or equivalent.Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as an Electrical QA/QC Inspector in construction, manufacturing, or related industry.Knowledge of electrical codes (NEC, IEC, local standards).Strong understanding of testing equipment and inspection procedures.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Good communication and documentation skills.
