Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, and technical execution of electrical and instrumentation systems for projects.Coordinate with project management, clients, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration.Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams and contractors.Ensure all electrical and instrumentation works comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.Oversee procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities related to electrical and instrumentation systems.Conduct site inspections, audits, and technical reviews to ensure quality and safety standards are met.Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions during project execution.Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets related to electrical and instrumentation scope.Prepare reports, technical documentation, and review project deliverables.Keep abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and safety regulations.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, with a focus on non-Aramco projects.Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, control systems, instrumentation, and automation.Familiarity with relevant standards and codes (e.g., IEC, IEEE, NEC).Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to review complex technical drawings and specifications.Certification in project management or related fields is a plus.
