Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance work.Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.Manage and assign tasks to electrical technicians and workers.Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.Inspect electrical work for quality and safety.Coordinate with other trades and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and issues encountered.Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement solutions promptly.Ensure proper use and care of tools and equipment.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role.Relevant technical diploma or trade certification in electrical engineering or related field.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
