We are urgently seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on turnaround (shutdown) experience in the oil & gas industry. The role will involve managing and supervising electrical maintenance and inspection activities during a critical plant shutdown in Jubail. The ideal candidate will ensure all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and client specifications.Key Responsibilities:Plan, supervise, and coordinate all electrical activities during the turnaround phase.Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems including switchgear, MCCs, transformers, motors, and control panels.Ensure compliance with project requirements, Saudi Aramco standards (if applicable), and international electrical codes (e.g., IEC, NEC, IEEE).Prepare job safety analyses, method statements, and daily progress reports.Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all inspection and testing activities.Liaise with project managers, QA/QC teams, and subcontractors to maintain work quality and schedule.Enforce strict safety compliance during all phases of electrical work.Mandatory Requirements:Minimum 5 years of proven experience in electrical engineering during plant turnarounds/shutdowns in the oil & gas sector.Valid Iqama or Muqeem, Chamber of Commerce registration, and standard documents (passport, national ID, etc.).Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and shutdown protocols.
