This traineeship is for 12 months.Partner with the bestIn this role you will support the University Recruitment Team. You will be accountable for supporting in the attraction and acquisition of early career talent and branding Baker Hughes on campus.As an Early Career Trainee in University Recruitment, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in overall recruitment to ensure best candidate experience and positioning Baker Hughes? as an Employer of Choice
  • Learning the hiring/recruiting and university relations process including interview scheduling, verbal offer processing & document uploading.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in the region to support hiring students for our internships.
  • Supporting assessment days, campus events and presentations to attract and hire early talent.
  • Contributing to projects as a team member on small projects and support in volume recruitment campaigns aligned to business needs.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) with a Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Human Resources or similar.
  • Be a problem solver with great analytical and communication skills.
  • Have high attention to detail, be willing to learn & show a keen interest in recruitment.
  • Have the legal right to work without restrictions or company sponsorship in United Arab Emirates.
