Would you like to learn from the best technical minds?Do you enjoy taking on challenging projects?Take your career to the next levelThe Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business.Partner with the best:As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. Leading the installation/ maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations.As Early Career Trainee,you will be involved in:

  • Providing technical direction for activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality
  • Overseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of our rotating equipment?s and products at customer sites
  • Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams
  • Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards
  • Properly manage company digital tools to retrieve technical documents and management of packing list, bill of material and drawings
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this traineeship you will:
  • Have graduated with a Bachelors degree in Engineering (all fields),from an accredited university
  • Graduated from your bachelors? degree within the last 12 months.
  • Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent)
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
  • Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge
  • Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.
