  • This position will be accountable for leading the day-to-day operations of the DT Infrastructure and Security teams (~10 DT Professionals) in KSA with an emphasis on the delivery of secure, highly available infrastructure and security services, with a focus on the MEET (Middle East, Egypt Turkey) Region.
  • Provide technical leadership, develop, and mentor a team of DT professionals including recruitment, supervision, talent management, learning and career development and provide effective communication of the DT and business organization goals and objectives.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable services that support and align with our established service level agreements to maintain efficient and high-quality operations.
  • Serve as an escalation point while managing incident resolution within the environment, facilitating collaboration among other Infrastructure and support teams as required in all regions.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with Infrastructure counterparts in all regions.
  • Manage infrastructure costs in region to help manage the impact on the overall DT budget.
