Location: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh-based, with field mobility)Company: SHDH LogisticsDepartment: Human Capital / OperationsJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:SHDH Logistics is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Drivers Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment and mobilization of delivery drivers (car and bike) across multiple projects and cities. You will be at the heart of our growth, building a high-performing fleet that supports on-demand and aggregator logistics operations.Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute a driver recruitment strategy aligned with SHDH’s expansion plans• Source and attract drivers via local campaigns, recruitment agencies, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: screening, interviews, onboarding, and deployment• Oversee visa processing, Iqama transfer, and mobilization schedules in coordination with PRO and HR teams• Forecast recruitment needs per project and region (Riyadh, Eastern, Northern, etc.)• Ensure all new hires meet client-specific criteria (valid license, background checks, compliance)• Build and manage a database of ready-to-deploy driver candidates• Collaborate with Housing, Operations, and Training teams for smooth onboarding and driver readiness• Track and report key hiring KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, driver activation rate)• Monitor driver feedback to identify issues in recruitment quality or retentionRequirements:• 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in logistics, transportation, or delivery sectors• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and visa processes (including Ajeer if applicable)• Fluent in Arabic and English (Hindi/Bengali is a plus)• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills• Hands-on, field-oriented approach with flexibility to travel between cities• Familiarity with CRM/recruitment platforms and Excel reporting
