SummaryOperates the computerized document imaging system and all micrographic equipment (camera, developer quality image controller and duplicator). Verifies documents to be imaged, prepares documents and ensures high quality of images.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1. Converts documents/records into electronic images for storage and retrieval by using an electronic archival system. Ensure that the equipment is operating properly.2. Indices and verifies records data for all hospital records uploaded to the electronic archival system. Performs specific verification on transcribed data to ensure maximum accuracy and quality.3. Coordinates with related areas/staff at General Auditing Bureau (GAB) to ensure proper transfer of Hospital records outside the organization for auditing purposes.4. Responds to concerned departments for retrieval of physical records, providing copies to the authorized employees either electronically or hard copy as needed.5. Maintains and generates statistical reports.6. Ensures a secure and protected environment for all records. Maintains confidentiality and security of information at all times.7. Ensures proper coordination with the concerned departments for their records keeping needs and imaging requirements.8. Maintains the backlog physical records within Documents Center section storage areas. Ensuring proper identification and security for archived records.EducationBachelors or Associate Degree/Diploma in Business/Hospital Administration or other related disciplineisrequired.Experience RequiredOne (1) year of related experience with Bachelors, or three (3) years with Associate Degree/Diploma is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)Saudi National Only.
