Job Description

As a District Manager in Saudi Arabia, you will oversee the operations of 25 coffee branches in Riyadh. Your main goal will be to ensure that each branch runs smoothly and efficiently while meeting the companys objectives and targets. This includes managing drive-through and indoor facilities to provide a seamless customer experience.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of 25 coffee branches in Riyadh.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify areas of improvement.
  4. Ensure each branch is properly staffed and trained to deliver excellent customer service.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
Preferred Candidates:
  1. Strong leadership and management skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  4. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  5. Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
