One of the giga-projects in Saudi Arabia focusing on high-rise development and increasing the countries future development.DescriptionWork with the ED and all Department Directors to ensure all security integration requirements within communities, sectors and regions are identified, designed and implementedDevelop a Program Management Policy to ensure the delivery of security sector programs and projects, including budget and operating planProvide leadership and a best-practice delivery approach across all proof-of-concept projects and security initiativesAlign with policy and processes for procurement and contract management to ensureProject and program benefits are defined/deliveredCritical interfacing supporting functions are fully engagedPreparation of PQQ, RFP, Tender Scheduling documents to effectively/efficiently drive all identified security initiatives, projects and contracted resourcesDesign the most appropriate Governance models for steering and working groups at Program and Project levelsDevelop and implement an integrated approach to program/project delivery and wider security capability development across the security portfolioContribute to Business Case development, conduct program/project Business Case review and assurance in accordance with Legal, Finance and Procurement policyDevelop Program and Project delivery schedules, identifying key milestone/contract deliverables that are aligned with interfacing programs/projects, dependencies and customers/suppliersProfileAn ideal candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and/or Defense and Security Management or any related field with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar position out of which the last 3-4 years on a senior managerial position.Job OfferApart from the attractive remuneration, and associated benefits. an opportunity to execute the exciting vision and growth story that they have for KSA.
