Job Description

As the Director, you will lead the development, implementation, and management of cutting-edge physical security solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of integrated technology and security solutions, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and set the strategic direction for the Physical Security Systems division, aligning with the companys overall goals and market trends.
  • Solution Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive physical security solutions that integrate advanced technologies such as access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and more.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their security needs, provide expert advice, and develop customized solutions that address their unique challenges.
  • Project Management: Ensure the successful execution of projects by managing resources, budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, including project managers, engineers, and technicians. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, suppliers, and other industry stakeholders to stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all physical security solutions adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts to achieve growth targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 13 years in a leadership role within the integrated technology and security solutions industry, specifically focusing on physical security systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern physical security technologies, including access control, video surveillance, alarm systems, and perimeter protection.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian security landscape, regulations, and market trends.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Project management expertise, including the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a history of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English languages (spoken and written).
  • Professional certifications are desirable.
