Director of SpaA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a SPA Director to be part ofour team at Banyan Tree Al Ula and lead the Wellness and RecreationTeam.What is in it for you:

What will you be doing:Responsible for managing all areas of the spa, Health Club and fitness center, including its services, services, hours of operation, facilities and team.As SPA & Health Club Director you will establish and execute clear short- and long-term goals. You develop the strategic direction of the department, including marketing and social activities to promote the spa and wellness facilities. You proactively manage the financial P/L to maximize business opportunities.You will manage internal auditing processes to ensure highest satisfaction of guests and members.You will work hand-in-hand with suppliers to ensure exceptional product and service delivery. You are in charge to lead and motivate the spa and fitness/recreation team.Your experience and skills include:
  • Minimum of two (2) years spa management in a luxury hotel or cruise ship environment is required, with club management an asset
  • The ability to understand financial information and data, and perform advanced arithmetic functions
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office programs including but not limited to excel, word, PowerPoint. Experience with Book4Timeis an asset.
  • Current CPR certification is an asset
  • Must be enthusiastic, motivated, and a team player.
  • Strong work ethic, highly responsible, reliable and the ability to work extended hours including evenings, public holidays and weekends is required
  • Proven leadership, team management, training and coaching skills with evidence of developing exceptionally motivated teams
  • Must have experience in budgeting and reporting such as forecasting and P&L
  • Must have outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Display good organizational, written, and verbal skills.
  • Available to work late, weekends and holidays
