Job Description

m2r Education are working with this international provider of specialised training programmes for the defence sector. They currently have a need for a Director of Quality and Performance in Riyadh.The Director of Quality and Performance is responsible for ensuring that they establish and maintain rigorous quality structures, practices, and processes that consistently deliver reliable, accountable, dependable, and compliant results through the application of a consistent quality philosophy that meets or exceeds industry and customer expectations.Role:

  • Lead the ongoing implementation and development of teams, strategies, and systems that actively support the learner through their personal, academic, curricular, and co-curricular development.
  • Lead and manage the administrative functions within the quality team, including budget preparation, performance management, operational compliance, and staff training ensuring that all available resources in the team are effectively utilized.
  • Provide advisory services and professional development to staff on quality best practice in quality systems, education, teaching, learning and assessment whilst ensuring compliance with the relevant aviation regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and development of effective processes for compliance monitoring of performance decisions, assessment, and resource validation making recommendations on appropriate improvement strategies that will lead and influence the college?s compliance culture and foster best practice. ?
Qualifications / Experience:
  • Graduate-level qualifications in education or management
  • Post-graduate study and/or qualifications in leadership and management
  • Teaching qualifications
  • Experience in quality and performance leadership and management within a similar educational environment
  • Experience in managing and leading a multi-disciplinary team
  • Evidence of achieving outstanding results as a senior leader in the quality and performance discipline
  • Experience in the aeronautical and aerospace education environment
  • Visas available for UK, US, Irish, Australian, NZ passport holders only, under the age of 55.
