Job Description

m2r Education are working with this international provider of specialised training programmes for the defence sector. They currently have a need for a Director of Curriculum and Assessment in Riyadh.The Director of Curriculum and Assessment is responsible for ensuring that they establish and maintain rigorous assessment practices delivering valid, reliable, accountable, dependable, and compliant results through a contemporary and responsive curriculum that meets the requirements of their students, their qualification, and their job outcomesRole:

  • The provision of effective leadership across all aspects of the college?s curriculum and assessment processes and strategies
  • Lead and manage the administrative functions within the curriculum and assessment team including budget preparation, performance management, operational compliance, and staff training ? ensuring that all available resources in the team are effectively utilized.
  • Lead, implement, and manage a continuous quality-improvement cycle that fosters a culture that is based on the collection, analysis, and appropriate utilization of data
  • Provide expert advice on the development, production, and procurement of effective curricula, assessments, and resources ? along with making recommendations on appropriate strategies that will lead and influence the college?s culture of best practice.
Qualifications / Experience:
  • Graduate-level qualifications in education or management
  • Post-graduate study and/or qualifications in leadership and management
  • Teaching qualifications
  • Experience in curriculum and assessment leadership and management within a similar educational environment
  • Experience in managing and leading a multi-disciplinary team
  • Evidence of achieving outstanding results as a senior leader in the quality and performance discipline
  • Experience in the aeronautical and aerospace education environment
  • Visas available for UK, US, Irish, Australian, NZ passport holders only, under the age of 55.
