SummaryEssential Responsibilities and Duties2. Maintains control over assigned services/functions programs by ensuring effective utilization of Hospital resources.3. Advises and serves as a resource person on matters pertinent to assigned services and functions. 4. Exercises authority over assigned services/functions programs by maintaining control and ensuring effective utilization of Hospital resources. 5. Delegates authority and establishes formal means of accountability on the part of subordinates. 6. Develops and maintains cooperation and collaboration and effective relationship with other key management personnel and keep abreast of significant economic, social and technical trend and regulatory guidelines which may affect Facilities Management and the Hospitals.
