The role holder is responsible for defining the strategy for stc websites/micro-sites, defining the site architecture, and ensuring governance and alignment with brand guidelines. The role holder is also responsible for driving consistent content standards. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Defines the corporate website and micro sites/portal communication objectives and requirements, incorporating needs from various internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Care Centers, etc.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications plans that leverage the web space.Consolidates business requirements from different BUs and executes tasks in coordination with IT sector.Ensures website governance, defining site architecture, look and feel, content standards and alignment with brand guidelines.Coordinates with IT department and/or contractors to ensure website development needs are metAssesses user feedback and engages with visitors in accordance with Corporate Communication principles.Monitors site performance constantly to ensure that there aren?t any functional/technical glitches in the website.
