Job Description

Our client is a start-up cloud integration company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeking an experienced Support Desk Manager to build, lead and support the department for Google Cloud.As the Support Desk Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing support policies, procedures, and standards, hiring and training a team of technical support analysts, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of proven work experience as a support desk manager.
  • Hands-on experience with support desk for Google Cloud.
  • Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills ARABIC speaker is a MUST.
  • Ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals are essential skills to perform well in this position
Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a team of technical support analysts for Google Cloud
  • Create and implement support policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Google Cloud offerings and communicate updates to team and customers
  • Develop and implement a training program to ensure team members are knowledgeable and capable of supporting the latest Google Cloud offerings
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and contribute to product roadmap discussions
  • Manage customer escalations to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for Google Cloud support operations
