This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.The infrastructure package consists of civils (structures), utilities, roads, and public realm elements. These works are undertaken concurrently across the project starting with the civils package.Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with the senior design manager and the disciplined senior project managers, review the design to maximise quality and value while minimising the risk profile for the project.
• Providing regular progress reports to the project management as required.
• Checking of all construction issue information.
• Monitoring the drawing production progress.
• Managing the information flow.
• Managing the incorporation of any comments.
• Reviewing the drawings and confirming approvals for the issue.
• Ensuring the correct drawing procedure.
• Ensuring correct specification as advised.
• Liaising with other departments and functions as advised.
• Assisting in the provision of an effective efficient, high-quality engineering design.

About youYou will have experience managing the design for projects from start through to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike. You have a relevant degree in the built environment a chartered/registered member of a relevant institution (e.g. RICS, ICE, CIOB, APM, etc. and a proactive approach in the delivery of projects.You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
