To provide deep expertise in Civil Engineering while managing the team of Civil Engineers in order to execute projects related work.Provides support and guidance to the Engineering Team on technical matters.Ensures the work of Civil Engineers is completed in a timely manner and up to required standards.Provide support and guidance to the Engineering Department on technical matters in the field of Civil Engineering.Supports the Design Team Leaders and VP Engineering in the preparation of EngineeringDepartments outputs (design development, design detailing, As-Built drawings, etc.).Provide advisory support to other parts of the organization by bringing his deep expertise to bear on complex technical matters.Develop and institutionalize Nesma?s Engineering databases, know-how, controls, and capabilities in the field of Civil Engineering.Implement approved policies, processes, procedures and provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.Support in monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and ?procedures.Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.Interface with all parts of the organization when advanced Civil Engineering expertise is required (e.g. estimation, construction, procurement, etc.)
