Discover more about our exciting and challenging career opportunities.Our business is expanding as we continue to win exciting projects and now require a Design Manager for a project to be based in Al Ula, Saudi Arabia.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the PMC Project Director.
  • Responsible for the overall Technical elementsof the RIBA Design Stages with direct responsibility for design reviews, coordination, monitoring design schedules, and design drawings/documentation.
  • Assist the Client to plan and develop design consultant contracts, including activities relating to or interfacing with the design consultant?s work.
  • Provide assistance to the Client in technical support and supervision of the pre-design, design, and tendering process.
  • Monitor the Design Architect and AOR/EOR?s performance during the development of Design Documents according to the established packaging strategy, including adherence to schedule, cost, and standards codes, design coordination activities, and the production of construction tender documentation which would include securing appropriate approvals from the Clientand local regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure that the PMC design reviews staff are aware of, and have a common understanding of their respective roles and responsibilities.
  • Oversee the design reviews and participate in Design Workshops and the holding of regular design coordination meetings.
