Responsibilities for designing of equipment based on guide lines and inputs communicated by Sr.Project Engineer Major responsibilities includeStudy RFQ allotted by project coordinator evaluate technical specifications, design, preplan MTO and estimation summary.Evaluate technical specifications for jobs allotted by Sr.Project Engineer and carryout design in accordance with applicable codes and standards.Prepare design reports; provide design output data for preparation of drawings and material requisitions.Check fabrication drawings to ensure compliance with codes, client specifications and YSC standards.Assist project engineer in preparation of CSWR, resolving design/material issues and attending to any other engineering issues.Carryout technical evaluation of offers received against MR.Coordinate with Production Superintendent, QC Supervisor and project Coordinator to verify changes in designs/drawings on account of fabrication requirements and Incorporate the necessary changes.Prepare manufacturer?s data reports.
