Supervise demand planning team in demand management activities.
Maintaining accurate forecasting and owning the forecasting process.
Work with management, inventory, supply chain and sales teams in demand planning operations.
Develop a demand plan based on business trends and demand patterns.
Schedule forecast review meetings with management on a regular basis.
Coordinate with the supply planning team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Update forecasts for new products, seasonal products, discounts, promotions.
manage New product launches , new SKU addition along with new partners addition to forecast and ensuring SOP?s are conclusive to that.
Oversee daily activities of team and provide guidance as needed.
Analyze and troubleshoot demand related issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy.
Assist in developing annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives.
Develop routine and ad-hoc demand related reports for management.
Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion and retention activities.
Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions
