Job Description

Our ClientA Leading digital and ICT solutions providing end to end smart digital services for digital transformation within MENA Region.Your Responsibilities:

  • Work across client control functions, internal audit, and business lines to support the implementation of Data Policies, Standards and Processes that are required as part of the Data Governance Framework (e.g., Data Ownership, Control Identification, Metrics, Issues)
  • Recommend, design and develop data driven analysis using statistical & advanced analytics methodologies to solve business problems
  • Interview clients, gather and document business requirements
  • Conduct current state/future state gap analysis for individual business areas and develop Target Operating Models, including Business and Technical Architecture
  • Support and prepare materials for key Steering Group and Working Group meetings including program/issue status updates and implementation planning
  • Create visually pleasing, client ready presentations and project status updates using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Participate in firm-wide committees and internal initiatives such as thought leadership, industry forums, recruiting, sales/business development, marketing, training, and organizational development
Your Qualification
  • At least 5-7 years of work experience of relevant experience
  • Minimum degree required: Bachelors degree
  • Must be fluent in English & Arabic
  • Strong understanding of the data lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with Data Governance activities:
  • Defining, implementing, and operating a data governance bodies, including typical data governance policies, processes, and standards
  • Creating data governance operating models and charters
  • Defining and implementing data governance key performance indicators
  • Operating data governance bodies
  • Working knowledge of data management industry best practices such as DAMA, CMMI DMM, EDM Council DCAM
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups to get buy-in on, develop, and implement data management standards, policies, and best practices
  • Experience developing data governance policies and procedures
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
