Meet with Julien Walid Goudiard, Head of PDS EMEA at JLLRole Purpose We are looking for a Data Analytics & BI Manager for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The Data Analytics and BI Manager role involves working with C-Suite and Executives at Real Estate Development Companies to understand and business processes and reporting requirements.The candidate is expected to lead and support large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and help coordinate strategic discussions with senior technology leaders to develop a robust strategy and approach to Data.The Data analyst role will be to coordinate and collate data from various internal departments and projects to create a unified business and project/programme level intelligence function.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and a team player, a collaborative attitude is equally as important as technical skills and knowledge to be part of the JLL way of working.What this job involves

• Develop a robust strategy for development of data fabric and data mesh as well as an approach to big data management.
• Assist Clients in in defining integration requirements and Data Warehouse / Data Lake design and solution selection.
• Develop effective working relationships with client?s and various departments of a real estate development organization.
• Establish and develop reporting and BI with specific recommendations that enable senior management to make critical decision.
• Identifying, researching, and recommending new ways to drive efficiency by streamlining business processes.

Sounds like you? To apply you need to be / have:

• Experience of extract, transform, load tools and techniques, sourcing, maintaining, and updating data, data warehousing, data cleansing. Essential.
• Python and R visualization not essential but advantageous.
• Elastic Database experience would be advantageous.
• Experience documenting and analyzing data flows, this can be in visio, sharepoint or confluence.
• Expertise in cloud database automation and platform automation with Power BI or Similar.
• Ideally with at least 3-5 years of Experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience, engineering.
• Experience with Data Visualization Tools:
  • Power BI
  • Tableau
• Experience with Data Management Tools:
  • SQL
  • Data Warehouse
  • Data Lake
