1- Develop organizational security strategy plan.2- Define information security policies & procedures, standards & guidelines of SFHP-D.3- Engage with end-users to incorporate security as a part of new initiatives.4-Conduct security audits & track compliance in accordance to security guidelines.5- Provide SFHP-D staff with security awareness & training sessions.6-Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the identified security concerns are addressed as rapidly as possible and mitigate any potential threats.7-Communicate all pertinent information in a timely manner to the ITC Director.8-Performs the duties necessary to support and achieve accreditation and assures that facility is in compliance with all government, local laws, and accreditation standards.9-Provide comprehensive performance report on systems status and submit to ITC Director on a timely basis.10- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, trainings and courses.11- Adheres to SFHP-D hospital wide and departmental policies and procedures.12-Perform other duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
