As a Studio Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our members and visitors, in studio and online. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing the front desk, assisting with class schedules and bookings, supporting the Managers with Marketing Activities, handling the customer care providing information about our services, and creating an outstanding experience to have an inviting studio environment. You will also have the opportunity to contribute new ideas for enhancing the overall studio experience and operations.Qualifications
