Job Description

Customer Experience AgentExecutes the various export and import customer service processes as per global design across teams. Monitors assigned exports/imports performance against KPIs and makes recommended corrective actions where necessary. Conducts and assists with training of how to handle DGD and REEF cargo shipments as per manuals, guidelines and policies when an OTCS has been assigned.Has accountability for improving the teams performance through process knowledge and analysis of customer feedback. Has responsibility for Country/Cluster engagement and joint action planning. Has responsibility for coordinating the team?s daily activity to achieve the deliverables on timeliness and productivity.
