Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed drawings and plans for curtain wall systems based on architectural and engineering specifications.
  • Produce shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details for curtain wall components.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure designs meet aesthetic, structural, and performance requirements.
  • Address technical issues and resolve design conflicts in coordination with manufacturing and construction teams.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and building codes related to curtain wall design and construction.
  • Assist in estimating material quantities, costs, and project timelines.
  • Participate in project meetings, site visits, and client presentations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Strong understanding of building construction principles and industry standards for curtain wall systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with 3D modeling software and knowledge of BIM principles is a plus.
