Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sustainability strategies and CSR action plans to achieve organizational goals.Conduct CSR impact assessments, audits, and reporting to measure social and environmental outcomes.Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, labor standards, and corporate governance frameworks.Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into CSR initiatives.Manage sustainability-related certifications, such as B Corp or ISO 14001, and ethical sourcing practices within the supply chain.Coordinate with stakeholders to set clear CSR objectives and ensure alignment with business strategies.Develop and maintain sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) to communicate the company?s impact effectively.Plan and execute projects that enhance the company?s social and environmental performance.Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to amplify CSR efforts.Key Qualifications:Bachelor?s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.Strong understanding of sustainability principles, CSR frameworks, and related best practices.Experience in managing certifications and conducting audits.Analytical skills to measure and evaluate the social and environmental impact of business activities.Excellent project management and communication skills, with a progressive approach to engaging stakeholders.Reputation for being collaborative, proactive, and adaptable under pressureYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
