Job Description

Sihamco Group is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Crowd Hostess to join our team. As a Crowd Hostess, you will assist in managing crowds and ensuring a smooth flow of guests during events. Your welcoming attitude and excellent communication skills will help create a positive atmosphere and enjoyable experience for all attendees.Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with necessary information
  • Guide and direct attendees to their designated areas and facilities
  • Assist with crowd control to maintain order and manage queues
  • Answer questions and provide assistance to guests, addressing their concerns and needs
  • Communicate with event staff and security personnel to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
  • Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise in a calm and professional manner
Requirements
  • Saudi National
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to handle large crowds and remain composed under pressure
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of event management and crowd control strategies
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical fitness and stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
