  • Collectors
  • Credit Controllers
  • Credit Analysts
The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated Credit & Collection policies and procedures.The role holder is responsible for conducting due diligence on accounts and managing the credit risk within operational limits and follow up on dues.The role holder highlights the potential credit risks to the management for immediate action.Lead a transformation project to improve the performance of the departmentReporting on all KPI related to credit and AR collections (financial and non financial metrics)Manage relationship with collection agencySet targets and manage incentive policy for credit departmentOtis is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
