Job Description

The Credit Control Manager is responsible for managing the credit control team and overseeing the companys credit and collections processes. This involves setting credit policies, monitoring customer accounts, assessing credit risk, and managing collections activities. The Credit Control Manager will also work closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processing.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures
  • Manage the credit control team and provide coaching and support to team members
  • Assess credit risk and establish credit limits for new and existing customers
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments
  • Coordinate collections activities and ensure timely resolution of delinquent accounts
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks
  • Prepare reports and presentations to senior management on credit-related matters
  • Work closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processing
  • Recommend changes to credit policies and procedures to minimize risk and improve cash flow
